The automated reloading station

The automated reloading station was designed as a module responsible for automatically picking product from the preceding machine and precisely transferring it to the next machine in the production line. Description of the technological process

1. Picking up the product from the preceding machine

The process begins with automatic product pickup by a two-axis manipulator. The manipulator is responsible for:

precisely gripping the item,
stable transfer to the main conveyor,
repeatable movements regardless of the speed of the preceding machine.

Automating this step eliminates the risk of operator error and increases work safety.

2. Transport on the main conveyor

After picking, the product is transferred to the main conveyor, which ensures:

smooth and continuous transport,
precise positioning thanks to a controlled drive,
stable material flow between stations.

The conveyor system has been adapted to the specific product and process requirements.

3. Transferring the product to the target machine

At the end of the conveyor, a two-axis manipulator picks up the product and places it in the appropriate position on the machine located behind the reloading station. The system ensures:

precise positioning,
repeatable movements,
full synchronization with the receiving machine.

This ensures that the subsequent production process continues uninterrupted.
